Raw Group is a multi-service company working across four areas: events, photography, marketing, and food and corporate supplies. We plan and run events from concept to execution, shoot the photography and video, handle branding and marketing, and supply corporate catering and pantry requirements, all under one roof.

Raw Group is a new firm, but not a new team. Our founder has more than 8 years in event management and has delivered over 1,000 events, including a six-day wedding worth ₹1 crore, 10+ corporate inaugurations, 8+ product launches, and events attended by the Chief Minister and the Prime Minister.

Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Guntur, covering all areas of each city. We also travel to other locations across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and the rest of India, depending on the scale and timeline of the event.

Yes. We hold Udyam (MSME) registration, GST registration and a Labour License.

Corporate events start from around ₹50,000. The final cost depends on the type and scale of event, number of attendees, venue, production, branding and technology requirements. We quote after understanding what you need and, where useful, visiting the venue.

Birthday events start from around ₹15,000, depending on guest count, venue, theme, décor, entertainment and photography. We design a theme around your ideas rather than repeating a standard setup.

Wedding event management starts from approximately ₹2 lakhs. The final figure depends on guest count, venue, number of functions, décor, production and how much coordination you need, which is why we quote every wedding individually rather than selling a fixed package.

Tell us your date, venue and expected guest count and we'll come back with a proper quotation, usually the same day.

Customised. Every event is different, so we build the proposal around your requirements, budget, venue, guest profile and theme. Pricing stays flexible and transparent. We find the right combination of materials and production methods to get the best result within your budget.

We generally ask for 80% on booking, with the remaining 20% on or before the event day. The exact schedule can vary with the size and duration of the event, and is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

Event type, date and timings, venue and location, expected guest count, number of functions, and your budget range. It also helps to know your theme or colour preferences, décor and stage requirements, sound and lighting needs, entertainment, photography, catering, and any branding requirements for corporate events.

At least 15 days for a regular event, so we have time to plan, visit the venue, design and coordinate. For weddings, large events and heavily customised work, start 2–4 months ahead. We do take short-notice events where our schedule allows.

Yes, for every event, regardless of budget. We study the venue, available space, lighting, guest movement, entry and exit points, stage possibilities and technical requirements before we design anything.

Usually within a few hours, and on the same day wherever possible.

Our managers and coordinators take ownership and resolve it without putting it on you. Because we visit the venue in advance and brief vendors early, most problems are spotted before they happen. When something unexpected does come up, a vendor delay, a technical fault, weather. We handle it in the background and keep the event on schedule.

It depends on scale, guest count, venue and the services involved. We don't use a fixed team size. Every event gets a dedicated manager and coordinators, with additional specialists for production, décor, guest management and vendor coordination on larger events.

Yes, through Raw Foods. We plan the menu around your guest count, cuisine preferences, service style, budget and dietary requirements, then coordinate the right food partners and manage quality, timing and presentation on the day.

Yes. Raw Foods handles corporate pantry requirements and corporate groceries supply, giving businesses a single reliable source for daily-use products. We also produce Guntur Karam as our own specialty brand.

Yes, through Raw Photography. Wedding and event coverage, candid and traditional photography, cinematic films, product photography, model portfolios, fashion shoots, corporate photography, promotional content and social media reels.

Yes, complete décor and stage production for weddings, celebrations, inaugurations and corporate events. We work across traditional, contemporary, luxury, minimal and fusion styles. Every element, from backdrop and florals to lighting and furniture, is designed around your venue, theme and budget.

Yes. DJs, professional anchors and hosts, live bands, singers, dancers and choreographers, instrumental performers, comedians, celebrity artists and interactive performers. We manage their scheduling and coordination so the performance fits your event timeline.

Yes. Professional sound systems, microphones, projectors, LED walls, stage lighting, trussing, video playback, live streaming, recording and technical crew. We assess what is needed during the venue visit and put a technical team on site for the day.

Digital marketing (social media, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp marketing, website and portfolio work), direct and offline marketing (corporate visits and networking), and print marketing, brochures, flyers, posters and banners, business cards, event magazines and local ads, standees and hoardings.

Yes. Because events, photography and marketing sit in the same group, we can promote an event, cover it, and produce the content afterwards without you coordinating three separate suppliers.

All of them, Hindu, Muslim, Christian, intercultural, interfaith and multicultural weddings. We work closely with the couple and both families to understand the customs, rituals and ceremonies, then plan each function around them.

Yes. We shortlist venues based on your guest count, location, budget and concept, arrange site visits, assess layout and capacity, and coordinate with venue management on décor, catering, production and guest arrangements.

Yes. Some clients want the wedding managed end to end; others need only décor and stage setup, photography, catering, entertainment or event-day coordination. Either works.

We cover planning, venue coordination, branding, décor, AV production, entertainment, photography, guest management and on-ground execution.

Our team has delivered events for more than 20 IT companies and 15 MNCs, along with projects for the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments, including Air Force and defence assignments. That experience means we are comfortable in environments where confidentiality, compliance and precise coordination matter. Client names can be shared on request where permitted.

Our team has managed corporate events for up to 1,200 attendees, and large-scale events with guest counts up to 10,000.

Yes. We regularly work in Vijayawada and Guntur, and take events elsewhere in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and across India. For outstation events we arrange travel, accommodation, local vendors, logistics and the on-ground team.

We take on a wide range of events and rarely rule a category out. We assess each enquiry on scope, location, timeline, budget and safety. If something needs specialist permissions or expertise outside our scope, we bring in trusted partners, and if we cannot deliver it to our standard, we say so rather than over-promise.
